The staff was attentive and did their best, from the receptionists like Ali Moussa to the restaurant and housekeeping staff. We also booked private guides through the hotel, who provided great service. Lastly, the location directly by the Nile is the major advantage, with options of going on river cruises from the hotel.

Staff is amazing and friendly, the view to the Nile is spectacular, hotel is huge, it has 3 restaurants, 2 of them are thematic (Italian and Chinese), facilities are outstanding. Since I had an early tour, the guy at the reception offered to us the night before grab and go breakfast which made my day and avoid going to the tours without a meal. Kudos for that.

I loved that it was right on the Nile very good views , the hotel was nicely situated not far from the town and local attractions only being a matter of minutes away . The staff on check in made sure to give us the very best room and they didn’t fail to make sure we had good views , the swimming pool was also nice and very clean , the breakfast in the morning was also ok but nothing to bang home about there is two restaurants within the hotel and Italian and Chinese both we tried and found to be very nice all in all a good hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if I found my self in Luxor .

The property is absolutely beautiful. They gave me a corner room with a stunning view of the Nile River and the sunset, plus a perfect angle of the pool and tiki huts—it all looked so refreshing and peaceful. Breakfast was amazing and truly Egyptian; I loved every bit of it! There’s also an Italian and a Chinese restaurant on-site, along with a café that overlooks the sunset. It’s a wonderful spot for anyone looking to unwind and take things slow. I also tried their massage service, and it was just perfect. The staff went out of their way to help with my Wi-Fi concerns. Unfortunately, internet speed is more of a national issue—Egypt’s Wi-Fi can be quite slow, which might be tough for remote workers or digital nomads. I even missed my remote exam because none of the networks—Voda, Etisalat, or my own hotspot—could handle the download. Still, I truly appreciated how attentive the staff were; they brought me a router and checked in to make sure I was okay. The manager also remedied a frustrating experience I had with a taxi to the airport. I had asked the reception if the hotel had its own airport taxi service, and they said no. The bellboy helped with my luggage and put me on a taxi, but the driver turned out to be terrible (honestly, I haven’t had much luck with taxis or Ubers in Egypt). When I told the hotel what happened, they took it seriously and made things right, which really surprised me in the best way. I’m grateful for how they handled it—thank you to the whole team.

We were absolutely delighted to get an upgrade with a room overlooking looking the Nile and the gardens it was a beautiful view. The hotel was spotless. We also loved the open reception lobby area. We also used the on-site restaurants, which we found to be very nice.The staff were always very polite and checking that everything was ok.This is a really lovely hotel.And we would not hesitate to rebook this Hotel if we came back to Luxor.The Hotels location to many sites in Luxor was also very convenient.

Memorable stay. We were upgraded free of charge to the Junior suite which had world class view of the nile and valley of the kings. Room was spacious and clean, and room service was impeccable. We saw the hot air balloons every morning from our balcony. Staff are absolutely fantastic, shoutout to two members of staff. Aya was lovely and helpful and greeted us and talked to us every time with a smile. Abdul who operates the tours was very professional, tours were organised well, priced well and always had time to speak to us. Genuinely a nice person. We are well seasoned travellers and recommend that you book tours from Abdul as safety is guaranteed and you can make your tours flexible. Abdul and Aya organised a lovely cake for our anniversary. Also, our sunset felucca ride on the nile on our boat Maggie Moon was lovely. Luxor temple and the city is within walking distance and experienced nice walks in the evening. Overall a lovely stay in Luxor and we will stay again.

Everything was perfect! Especially thanks to Abdul, who was always the right person to contact. We had a bad experience in Cairo that we told Abdul about, and he did everything possible to make sure our trip went wonderfully and without any problems. We had certain requests, and he managed to fulfill them perfectly. So, if I come back to this hotel in the future, it will also be because I know he will be there to organize everything properly while taking my needs into account. In the end, he didn’t even want us to give him a tip. He was simply doing his job perfectly The massage team was cool to by the way.

The staff took great care of us the whole time and for the price we paid we found the value to be great. We also appreciated the airport pickup service. The staff upgraded us to a very nice, large suite with a great view of the Nile, and we were able to arrange laundry service for an incredibly reasonable price.
